PAIN has a way of messing with my normally positive mind. Right now I am alleviated of any persistent pain, hopefully the worst is over. Although I feel a little woozy, I'm feeling happy, optimistic and excited for the future. The changes that I've undergone are undoubtedly going to have an amazing affect on my occasional low self-esteem and self-confidence. I already feel a surge of new energy, ideas and hope.
Note: I know this was a major operation but, I am really hoping that I will be able to incorporate some for of exercise by the weekend. It makes me happy....stay tuned!
