Wonderful Wednesday. Curious if you are going to make your body a priority today? How long are you going to live in a body that you can't stand? How long are you going to continue making excuses for eating healthy and exercising? Do you want Diabetes, Heart Disease, etc. ? Just curious. It amazes me that there are still people that don't exercise on a regular basis. What are you waiting for? Remember, I have been there, I know what it takes: physically, mentally and emotionally. Take care of yourself, if you don't, nobody will.

NOTE: It's the way our bodies get their daily maintenance. The more you do, the fitter you'll be.

Health Check:

1. RHR: Start with taking your resting heart rate first think in the morning. This will give you a good indication of how deconditioned or fit you are. Should be less than 79.
