Get Some Sponsors
If you've ever run a race, you know it helps if you have people on the sidelines rooting for you. Sticking to a diet and fitness plan is no different! Challenge yourself to get three friends or family members to sponsor you in your day's or week's goal. They could commit to giving you a prize at the "finish line," or just be there to cheer you on. Either way, their support will help you accomplish your goal with flying colors!

Checking In
It's all about moral support. Set up a system whereby you text or call a friend every day, letting him or her know about the laps you've run and the crunches you've crunched. Report on your meal plan and discuss some challenges you overcame that day. Before you know it, this daily routine will encourage you to keep at it and to strive for only positive things to report.
