Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Happy Fitness Fan Friday! Hope you are enjoying your day. Did you exercise yet? Daily-Self care is the key to your physical and emotional health. Have you ever worked out and regretted it? Our bodies respond to exercise in a positive way immediately. Why wouldn't you want to do it everyday? Our bodies are not supposed to be way down with layers, upon layers of body fat. We should actually be able to see each other's physique, including muscles. FAT makes us look round and squishy, instead of long, lean and toned! It's never too late to change to composition of your body.

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: egg white omelet w/ 1 slice low fat provolone cheese, Thomas whole wheat english muffin, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1/c sweet potato, 1c. broccoli - 350 calories.
Snack: CLIF bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio/strength workout)
Dinner: grilled salmon, garden salad, steamed asparagus - 300 calories. YUM!

Danielle's workouts:
1. PM Cardio: 30 min. Stairclimber, 30 min. Stationary Bike.
2. PM Strength: 45 min. Circuit training using compound movements. Pumped!
