
Wonderful Wednesday! Did everyone watch Biggest Loser last night? It was very exciting. I voted for Mike at nbc.com this morning. Should be a very interesting finale. Now it's time for you to start on your personal transformation journey. No need for Hollywood, all you need is the will and the courage to TRY...........start with giving yourself one hour of self-care. (Exercise) JUST TRY.....
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 slice reduced fat provolone cheese, Thomas whole wheat english muffin, ICBINB spray - 360 calories.
Lunch: Baked tilapia, 1/2c. baked sweet potato, 1 1/2c. brocolli, mushrooms and brussel sprouts - 300 calories.
Snack: CLIF Bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio)
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, 6 asparagus stalks, 1/2c. brown rice - 380 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
PM Cardio: 40 min. Stairclimber, 30 min Stationary Bike.
