Sundays are perfect for success preparation. Do you still really want to lose weight? Sick of dreading summer season (less clothes, bathing suits, sleeveless tops and shorts)? Eating junk and fast food is not only making your outside look BAD, it's doing a number on your insides too! The good news is that you can reverse this deterioration. All you have to do is make a decision to finally start taking care of the (1) body you have. If you don't, nobody will. Try putting up some reminders on your refrigerator. (slim photos, Fat photos, positive mantras or bold statements, like "Type II Diabetes or Obesity") Do whatever it takes to keep you focused on your goal, improving your health. Move.........
