
Fired up THURSDAY! I love this game, the game of life. I unexpectedly woke up at 4:30am this morning. I didn't have to be to work until 10:00. Yikes! My passion and creativity got me out of bed, excited for another day. I don't lay in bed trying to go back to sleep - I jump up and SEIZE the day!!
Exercising daily is what gives me my spirit and extended energy. I've chosen to inspire you with the excess. I want you to feel your best too! So many of you are still WAITING to take care of yourselves (bodies/health). WHY? What are you waiting for? TRY TRYING please....
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Yoplait Light yogurt, 1 slice PF 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 330 calories.
Snack: 12 - 15 raw (unsalted almonds) - 150 calories.
Lunch: Baked chicken breast w/ 1 tbsp. Campbell's chicken & herb soup, 1/2 small sweet potato, 1c. spinach, "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray - 360 calories. YUM!
Snack: CLIF Bar - 240 calories. (pre-strength)

2. PM Strength - looking forward to another ALL-BOSU workout with my peeps!!
