Midnight Snack? Fight Back!
If nighttime noshing is your downfall, don't despair! Challenge yourself to stay on track by closing down the kitchen. Yep, that's right! After your last meal of the day, wrap-up any leftovers, wash the dishes, clear off countertops, shut off the lights, and shut the door (if your kitchen has one). This will remind you that snacking is off limits if your tummy starts rumbling once you hit the hay.
