
Biggest Loser TUESDAY! I can't wait to watch the show tonight. We missed the show last week while we were on vacation. I was pleased to learn that Michael met the challenge and lost big during his weigh-in. I really wish BL was on twice a week, it's such a GREAT show and it's hopefully creating awareness in regard to the affects of OBESITY. It should actually be on nightly. So many people are killing themselves and shortening their lives by abusing FOOD and not exercising.
Note: Exercise is not some annoying task, it's the way that we condition our heart, lungs, muscles, etc. MOVE....
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Weight Watchers bagel, 1tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 400 calories.
Snack: Luna bar - 190 calories. (pre-cardio)
Lunch: 2 slices PF 100% whole wheat bread, 1 slice reduced fat swiss cheese, 1 serving OM thin sliced ham, mustard - 240 calories.
Dinner: Birthday cake, brown rice, stirfried veggies/beef - YUM approx. 550 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. Cardio - 30 min. Stairmaster, 15 min. Stationary Bike.
2. Strength - 60 min. Functional Fitness class - yeeha!
