Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


Marvelous MONDAY in the making. It can be what you want it to be. I have to work and run some errands -- BUT, I'll be back to get this blog rolling again.

Tonight, Shanise and I are heading out to the Britney Spears concert at the Garden. YOU have to love a come back! I love when people overcome obstacles to SHINE, SHINE, SHINE... Make today, the BEST day of the rest of your life! Oh, and don't forget self-care! Workout people!!!!
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2 100% whole wheat bagel, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: PF 100 % whole wheat flat bun, 6 slices Oscar Mayer turkey, 2 slices reduced fat swiss cheese, mustard - 270 calories.
Snack: Luna bar - 190 calories.
Dinner: Chicken Casear salad - 500 calories. ?
Danielle's workouts:
1. Cardio - 60 min. CYBEX Arc Trainer - 1,020 calories burned. Yeeha!!
