
I also love to see my DIEHARDS with the "Eye of the Tiger", sweating like pigs in a desert! Remember, we lose body fat through our WASTE - toilet and sweat!! The more you go to the+bathroom and sweat - the more YOU lose!! Fiber= movement, Water = movement, Sweat = movement. Water speeds up the digestive process by breaking down your food faster, speeding up the race to the FINISH. (If you know what I mean)

Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee, Thomas light english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter - 350 calories.
Lunch: Baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes, 1c. brocolli, 1 c. brown rice - 450 calories.
Snack:CLIF Bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio)
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2c. FiberOne yogurt - 170 calories. (pre-strength)
Dinner: undecided.
Danielle's workouts:
1. Cardio - 30 min. Stairclimber. 30 min. Stationary bike.
1. Strength - 60 min. Functional Training Workout. Yeeha!
