Work Your Workouts In
Sometimes you need to play with your psyche to get yourself to stick to better habits. Try to keep a step ahead of yourself — do you know that if you don't get to the gym first thing in the morning, it just won't happen? If so, prepare your workout gear the night before so you can just grab it and go. On the weekends, try leaving your clothes on the floor (despite what your mother might say) — stepping over your sneakers and spandex might induce all the guilt you need to get you going. If you belong to a gym, make a pact with a friend that the two of you will go together; if you know you'll be held accountable, you'll be less likely to slack off.
