It's Biggest Loser Tuesday.
Yeah, yeah, I know the debate is on too. DVR or TVO one of them, they are both very important. Go for the gusto today. If you are not a consistent exerciser, today is your day to put a few days together. Cardio, cardio, cardio - it's not just a word, it's a task. You can't reap the benefits of a caloric deficit if you NEVER do cardio. In order to reach your goals you will need to do it all consistently.
Nutrition + Cardio + Strength Training
= FAT-LOSS.
