A Family Affair
Often, more than just one member of the family is overweight. Just ask the Clark family, all of whom decided to try the Cheat to Lose Diet at the same time. "We decided to do the Cheat to Lose Diet as a family — and it has been a wonderful experience all around," explains Stan Clark. "In only eight weeks, my body fat decreased by five percent, my wife was finally able to rid herself of those last ten pounds she'd been struggling to lose — and has since kept them off — and my 16-year-old son Chris lost more than 20 pounds. Because of CTL, my family is now enjoying eating, looking, and being healthier." If you're ready to make weight loss a family affair, Cheat to Lose is what you're looking for!
Tip of the Day
Find a Support System
Even if everyone in your household isn't trying to lose weight, or doesn't need to, get them involved! Their support and encouragement can be instrumental to your success. Make sure you let your family members know about your goals and what they can do to help you — including what they shouldn't do (like bringing junk food into the house, pressuring you to eat when you don't want to, or watching over every bite you do eat). Invite them to celebrate your Cheat Day with you each week. Once they see the weight you're losing, it'll probably be easy to enlist their participation in the rest of your plan as well.
