Wow! I can't believe it's really here! SUPERBOWL SUNDAY! Yipee! I'm about to step out to the market to do my little "healthy" grocery shopping for the week. (Raw veggies, fat-free veggie dip, chicken breast, Whole wheat crackers, bananas, grapes, etc.) Anyway, I'm looking forward to a long cardio/strength training session, while watching all the pre-game hype. Lunch: 1/2c. tuna salad, multi-grain light english muffin, 2 tbsp. 2% shredded cheddar - 340 calories.
Snack: South Beach Diet Bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: SuperBowl Party - 1/2 chicken faita wrap, michelob ultra.
