Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Last Day of January, how did you do with your New Year's Resolution to lose weight? Did you set yourself up for success? GOOD NEWS! Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1 pkg. Oatmeal, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1/3c. AllBran Buds, 2 coffee - 340 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. tuna salad, 1 tbsp. 2% shredded cheese, multi grain english muffin - 346 calories.
Snack: South Beach Replacement Meal Bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: chicken breast w/Frank's hot sauce, 1/2 potato, 1 & 1/2c. salad, Wishbone spritzer - 450 calories.
Danielle's workout:
1. 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 1,005 calories burned! Oprah was good today, so was my calorie-burn - Yehaa!
