It's time to jump on the scale again! It's the 5th week of January. If you've been working hard, you've lost a minimum of 1 to 2 lb.s a week, totaling a 4 to 8 lb. loss or maybe more! I have lost anther 4lbs. this week, which brings my grand total to 14 lbs. lost this month. That's an average of 3.25 lbs. per week. I am 13.5 lbs away from my goal weight and it's still January. It's never too late to jump on the WEIGHT-LOSS band-wagon! Go for it!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg, 3 turkey bacon, multi-grain light english muffin, 2 coffee - 400 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 2c. Fresh Express salad, wishbone spritzer - 300 calories.
Snack: 200 calorie South Beach protein bar.
Dinner: grilled chicken w/ 2 tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes, 2 c. garden salad, 1 slice alvocado - 420 calories.
Danielle's workout:
1. 40 min. Cybex arc trainer - 635 calories burned. This was exhausting....I didn't get to work out until 7pm. I'm definitely a morning exerciser! Holla~
