Losing weight isn't the key to happiness--happiness is the key to weight loss.A Speedy RecoveryDon't let a sickness sideline your weight-loss efforts. Use these tricks to get well soon and stay on track:
• Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, such as water or herbal tea, which is great if you have a cold.

• Try to eat regular meals. If you can keep food down, make sure to eat when you are awake so you don't sleep through meals. Smaller, more frequent meals may sit better and be easier to handle.

If you're too sick to get to the supermarket, ask a friend or family member to pick up a couple of things for you so you have nutritious food in the house.

Settle a queasy stomach with a cup of ginger tea.
