It's time to SPICE up your life. Shanise and I will be heading down to the FleetCenter tonight. The SPICE GIRLS are here! This is going to be good, Shanise and I were big-time Spice Girl fans back in the day! Now, I'm off to the gym for 2 consecutive hours of functional training madness. I can't wait. I feel so good! Breakfast: 1/3c. AllBran buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, Quaker weight control oatmeal, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. 1 & 1/2c. Fresh express salad, Wishbone spritzer, 1c. brown rice - 450 calories.
Snack:South Beach Replacement bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: Tuna salad, multi-grain english muffin - 326 calories.
