Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1/2c. All whites egg whites, 3 slices Jones Canadian bacon, Multi-grain lite English muffin - 300 calories.
Snack: South Beach Replacement Meal Bar - chocolate crisp - 210 calories. (pre-workout)
Lunch: Baked chicken breast, 2tbsp. Chicken & herb soup, 2c. garden salad, 10 squirts Wishbone spritzer - 260 calories.
Dinner: South Beach Replacement Meal Bar - 210 calories.
