
Sorry for the delay today. I've had family in town for a few days and they just left. I have so much to say today, I'll be carrying on throughout the day. I taught a 8:00am class this morning at BSC. Thank you so much for showing up, it was a lot of fun. I'm going to try and get that time added to the slot. Big Celtics game tonight. They only have 3 losses and 1 of them was to the Detroit Pistons, whom they play again this evening. Have a healthy weekend...

Breakfast: 1/2c. AllBran buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey protein powder , 2c. coffee -314 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 2 c. garden salad, 10 squirts Wishbone spritzer - 250 calories.
Snack- South Beach Replacement Bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, 2tbsp chicken & herb soup, 2 c. Fresh express salad, 10 squirts wishbone spritzer, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 360 calories.

1. 60 Min. Functional Training Workout - Saturday morning if fun with YOU die-hards!!
2. Workout #2: 60 min. Resistance Training Workout w/ interval cardio punching bursts!
