
Wow! It's already day 3 of the new year. I woke up at 3:30am this morning, full of energy and ready to take on the day. It's amazing how much more energy you have when you are eating right. I'm filled with adrenaline and excitement. I'm getting married this year! It's finally my turn to get Wedding Ready. I've trained so many brides in my years of being a personal trainer. I'm so excited! I hope your excited about a special event too! It definitely helps maintain the drive, motivation and determination. Go for it!
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/3c. AllBran, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1/2 scoop Designer whey, 2 c. coffee - 304 calories.
Snack: South Beach Small Replacement Bar - 210 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. brown rice, 1 c. brocolli, 1/2c. mushrooms/peapods, 6oz. shrimp - 345 calories.
Dinner: 3/4c. Tuna salad, 2c. Fresh Express salad, 10 squirts Wishbone spritzer- 350 calories.
Snack: 1c. grapes - 80 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. 60 min. resistance/cardio workout with Jillian. (Great client -STAR)
2. 60 min. resistance/cardio workout at home. (My shoulders have had it for the day)
