Working out is practically a job requirement for Adrianne Curry. The winner of the first season of America's Next Top Model, she realizes that "my money maker is my toned body." So she keeps her body in top shape — and minimizes exercise boredom — by maintaining a high heart rate during workouts. "In my workouts, I love to throw planks and crunches in between whatever I'm doing. They are difficult but work my entire body."
Fast Fact: A plank is a core exercise that you begin by lying facedown on an exercise mat with your elbows and forearms under your chest. Then you push yourself up into a bridge position, balancing on your toes and forearms. Keeping your back flat and your abs and glutes tight, you don't let your body touch the mat. Hold.
