That's the (Train) Ticket! Alex Kapp Horner, from the hit CBS show The New Adventures of Old Christine, rarely feels motivated to work out. Her solution? Making an appointment with a personal trainer. "Then I have to show up," she says. If you can't afford a trainer, she suggests other options: "Since a trainer is a luxury, a great alternative is to work out with a friend. Set a time to meet and go for a walk, play tennis, or hit the gym. It's a lot harder to bail, since accountability is a great motivator."
