Soak Away Sore Muscles!
Here's a great treat for your post-workout muscles: a long soak in the tub with some essential oils. The warm water and oils will soothe sore muscles and float post-workout pain away. It's easy! Just run a tub of warm water, and add:

2 drops of eucalyptus
3 drops of spruce or pine
6 drops of geranium
2 drops of peppermint

Then, simply kick back and relax while you inhale the calming vapors. The longer you soak, the better it works! Ahhh — now isn't that a great reward for completing your workout? And the best part is that it's a calorie-free treat that'll leave you with no regrets! Enjoy!
