* It's RAIDER Game-Day! After a great win and a disappointing loss, the Watertown Girls Varsity Basketball team hits the home - court again today! I'll be there! In the meantime, I've got to get all of you motivated to be your best in the new year!! Good Luck RED RAIDERS...

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne, 1/2c. Dannon Carb & Sugar Control yogurt, 1pkg. Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal - 290 calories.
Snack: 1 clementine, 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. brown rice, 1 c. steamed brocolli, baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes, mushrooms, black beans - 500 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 220 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1 & 1/2 c. stir fried vegetables - 330 calories.
Exercise 12/18:
1. 30 min. Cybex arc trainer - 578 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Treadmill speed-walking - 500 calories.
