Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

* Are you ready for some football. My anticipation for the game is insane. It's going to be a great to hang out on the couch. AFTER a nice long workout of course.... Go Patriots!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne, 1/2c. yogurt, 1 pkg. oatmeal - 280 calories. (pre-workout_
Snack: Myoplex Lite Shake - 190 calories.
Lunch: 1c. whole wheat pasta, 3 turkey meatballs - 490 calories.
Snack: apple, 3/4c. low fat cottage cheese - 200 calories.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 2c. garden salad, 1/2 baked potato - 450 calories.

Exercise 12/16:
1. 30 min. Stair Climber - 250 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Treadmill speedwalking - 4.0 speed, 15.o incline - 1000 calories burned.
