Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* Late start to the blogging today. I've been working my ass off since 8am this morning. Not really, but I haven't stopped. We are cleaning everything and everywhere, then after we workout we are going to decorate. When I sit down later this evening, I'll post some good articles of interest. I hope your preparing for the new year too. It's going to be awesome! Congrats to Kathleen Daly, she is now engaged! Now I have another bride to get ripped with. Yippee!!!
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne 1/2c. Dannon yogurt, 1 pkg. Oatmeal - 280 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. brown rice, 1 c. green beans, baked chicken breast - 500 calories. approx.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories. (pre-workout)
Dinner: unknown.
Exercise 12/15:
1. 75 min. Functional Training Workout - 15 exercises, 3 sets of each. Oh Yeah!!!
