* Okay people, today was not a holiday, which means it's another perfect day to EXERCISE! There are exactly 20 days until the new year (3 weeks) How many days will you exercise (cardio & resistance training)? How many days are you traveling? Plan ahead. Walking, lunges, squats, push-ups, crunches and jumping jacks or rope are all exercises that you can do anywhere! Go for it!! The Celtics are back in action tonight!

Breakfast: 1/3c. AllBran buds, 1 pkg. Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt - 300 calories.
Snack: 1c. red grapes, 3/4c. low fat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
Lunch: perdue chicken patty, whole wheat english muffin, mustard - 300 calories.
Snack: Myoplex Lite Shake - 190 calories (pre-cardio workout)
Lunch: 5oz. grilled steak, 1c. steamed green beans - 450 calories.
Exercise 12/12:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Class - Way to go 6/7am people, YOU ROCK!!!
2. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 611 calories burned.
