Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal



* Way to go Patriots. I had so much fun watching the game yesterday. It's rough going out there today. I hope to see you at my class this evening, if you didn't have fun at the 6:00am hour...
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbsp. peanut butter - 300 calories.
Snack- Yoplait yogurt, 1/3c. Allbran buds - 170 calories.
Lunch - 1c. steamed brocolli, carrots, zucchini, 1/2c. brown rice, baked chicken breast with mushrooms - 500 calories.
Snack - Atkins Bar - 210 calories.
Dinner - 1/2c. whole wheat pasta, 1c. brocolli, 5oz. shrimp - 450 calories.
Exercise 12/10:
1. 60 min. Cybex - 1065 calories burned.
