Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


*What a great day to workout! There must be 1 hour out of your day, that you can spare. (1hour) is a short amount of time to condition your body. Remember, when you work out, YOU are the only one that benefits from the after-burn. (increased metabolism) Go for it!
Danielle's food journal:
8:00am - Breakfast - 1/3c. AllBran buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb&sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Quaker weight control cereal - 290 calories.
10:00am - Snack - Myoplex lite shake - 190 calories. (pre-workout)
1:30pm - Lunch - baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes, 2/3c. brown rice - 431 calories.
Snack - med. banana - 105 calories.
Dinner - 3 turkey meatballs, 3/4c. Healthy Choice Sauce, 1c. Whole wheat rotinis - 520 calories.
Exercise 12/6:
1. 35 min. Cybex arc trainer - 700 calories burned.
2. 25 min. Treadmill speed-walking - 400 calories burned.
