Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* Wow! It was hard to jump out of my warm bed this morning, BUT I did and I feel awesome right now. Once you get to the gym it's so easy to make it count. Thanks Kira, Meghan, Michael, Amanda and Susan ---- it's so much fun making YOU sweat. Celtics are back in action tonight, can't wait
Danielle's food journal:
9:00am - Breakfast - 3 turkey bacon, 1c. Allwhites scrambled, 2 slices light style whole wheat toast - "I can't believe it's not butter spray" -280 calories.
11:00am - Snack - 1c. red grapes, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
1:00pm - Lunch - 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed brocolli, baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes.
3:30pm - snack - Atkins bar - 150 calories. (pre-cardio)
Dinner - Baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes, 2 c. garden salad - 320 calories.
Exercise 12/5:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - I-N-T-E-N-S-I-T-Y !!!
2. 60 min. Treadmill speedwalk- 4.1 speed, 15 incline - 1,000 calories burned, watching Oprah.
