
* I stayed up way past my bed-time last night. Wow! What a nail-biter. My heart was beating so fast. I can't believe the Patriots play again on Sunday, it's going to be another tense viewing. Yikes! Celts don't play until tomorrow. It's so cold, working out will make it HOT! Have fun, be healthy...

8:00am - Breakfast - 1/2c. AllBran Extra, 1/2c. Dannon carb&sugar control, 1pkg. Quaker weight control oatmeal - 280 calories.
10:30am - Snack-1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1c. dice apple - 160 calories.
1:00pm - Lunch - 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed broccoli, baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes - 400 calories.
4:00pm - Snack - Atkins bar - 220 calories. (pre-workout)
Dinner:
Exercise 12/4:
1. 60 min. Treadmill speed-walking, 15 incline, 4.1 speed - 1,000 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Stair Climber - level 10 - 270 calories burned.
