Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, 1/2c. brown rice, 2 tbsp. Pico de gallo, 1c. green beans - 425 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit - 160 calories.
Dinner:
