Daily menu:
Breakfast: scrambled egg whites w/ 1/2c. mushrooms, whole wheat english muffin, olivio spray butter - 260 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 cal.
Lunch: Tuna fish sandwich, whole wheat toast - 445 calories.
Snack: 1c. strawberries, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 120 calories.
Dinner: Grilled salmon, 1c. brussel sprouts - 345 calories. (YUMMY)
Exercise 9/5:
1. 60 min. Functional Training class - where were you Michelle and Anna? Erica & Kim, rocked!!!
2. 60 min. Speed walking, 4.2 speed, 15.0 incline - 1000 calories burned.
* I have been extremely busy today. Non-stop. My daughter starts high school tomorrow and I spent the day catching up from my long weekend.
