Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1/2 - 100% whole wheat bagel, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, Dannon yogurt - 385 calories.

Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.

Snack: med. apple

Lunch: 2 turkey burgers, whole wheat light bun - 420 calories.

Snack: 1 & 1/2fruit salad - 200 calories.

Dinner: 1 turkey sausage, 2 c. garden salad - 290 calories.

Exercise 9/2:

1. 45 min. Spinning intervals - approx 500 calories burned.

2. Dancing my ass off at the JIMMY BUFFET show.
