Tricks for Cutting Back the Fat

If you're concerned about how much fat you're consuming, try these tricks for cutting back:

1. Eat more grains and legumes
2. Fill up on fruits and veggies
3. Choose white meats instead of red
4. Switch to fat-free products — nonfat cheese, milk, sour cream, yogurt, etc.

But as long as you're consuming the right amount of calories and working out, and you don't feel sluggish from too much fat intake, you're on the right track!
