Lunch: (2) Grilled turkey burgers, 2c. garden salad -400 calories.
Snack: 1/2 Ruby red grapefruit - 60 calories.
Dinner: 2c. turkey chilli - 400 calories.
Snack: 1c. blueberries/strawberries - 80 calories.
Exercise 8/21:
1. 60 min. Total body functional training workout - kickass!!
2. 30 min. Speed walking, 4.2 speed, 15.0 incline - 500 calories burned.
