Work the Buddy System
Are you one of those people who are better at helping others than they are at helping themselves? If so, finding a workout partner may be the perfect motivational tool. When you're tempted to ditch one of your five workouts because you're not in the mood, you'll be more likely to stay on track if you've made a commitment to someone else. A partnership not only helps get you exercising, but makes the work even more rewarding. Challenge yourself to find a partner so the two of you can be there for each other, lend encouragement, and push each other to do even better.
