Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Wednesdays are WONDERFUL! It's all what you make it. I've decided to have an incredible day! I absolutely loved teaching my 9am class this morning, so much energy. We had a new man in class, which was so much fun. Ed was great and he worked really hard. Way to go pal!

On another note: Shanise and her Tabor Academy Lady Seawolves will be meeting Thayer Academy for the first round of the playoffs. One game at a time, I'm so nervous and excited to see them play. Stay tuned, I'll be back tonight with the final score.

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: awesome veggie omelete, 1/2 multi-grain bagel, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Snack: Zone Bar - 210 calories.
Lunch: grilled chicken breast, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed broccoli - 300 calories.
Snack: apple, 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, garden salad w/ balsamic vin. - 350 calories.
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit - 80 calories.

Danielle's workout:
AM Cardio: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
