Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Mondays are for new beginnings. Did you fall off the wagon this weekend? The best way to limit the damage is to jump right back on. It's about taking care of your body on a more consistent basis - compared to abusing your body on a regular. Exercising and eating clean & healthy are how we care for our bodies properly. If you don't make better choices, who will? Seriously, it completely blows my mind that there are still people who do not exercise on a regular basis. I can't even get myself to take a day off within a month sometimes. TRY.....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast - grapefruit, Myoplex Lite shake, 2 coffee - 300 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1c. brown rice, 1c. mixed veggies - 350 calories.
Snack: CLIF Bar - 240 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, 1c. steamed broccoli & red peppers - 300 calories.
Snack: unknown for now...

Danielle's workouts:
AM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber
AM Strength: 60 min. Functional Fitness workout
PM Cardio: about to go down...
