Each day should be planned: what your going to eat, when your going to each, how and when you are going to exercise, who you will call for support. You can change your body composition, one pound at a time. If you don't try, you will continue to damage your body form the inside out. It takes a while but, the damage from eating junk and not exercising eventually shows up in the form of: diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. Get help....

Breakfast: 3/4c. Allwhites liquid eggs, 1 whole egg, FiberOne whole wheat english muffin, 2 coffee - 300 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, 1c. broccoli - 300 calories.
Snack: apple - 100 calories.
Dinner: baked tilapia, 1/2c. brown rice, beans - 400 calories. YUM! edaname
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber.
PM Strength: 45 min. Power Strength Circuit w/ jackie warner. AWESOME BURN!
