It's SUNDAY, time to SHINE! Do you really want to lose weight and live a healthier, more active life? Then today is your day to prepare for that. Start by creating a healthy menu for your week. Next, you are off to the grocery store to shop for your healthy menu items. Now, do you have a plan for your exercise this week? What day are you going to do your strength training? Do you have great music on your Ipod for all of your daily cardio sessions? Music is the difference between doing 20 minutes or 60 minutes of cardiovascular activity. Set yourself up for success today, SUNDAY!
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1pkg. Quaker Extra Fiber Oatmeal, 1/3c. AllBran Buds, 1c. Greek yogurt - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1c. steamed green beans, 1/2 med. baked sweet potato - 300 calories.
Snack: Cliff bar - 240 calories.
Dinner: Greek Salad w/ balsamic dressing on the side - 400 calories.
AM Cardio: 60 min. stairclimber.
AM Strength: 15 min. Total Body Circuit - w/ Jackie Warner.
PM Cardio: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
PM Strength: 30 min. Weight -training freestyle - while watching football....go jets.
