Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Fitness on Friday! I love Friday fitness fans. People who resist temptation to not exercise, just because it's the end of the work week. Everyday is a great day to take care of your body. If you don't do it, nobody will. Load up your personal music player with some hot tunes and take your body to the limit. Quit making excuses and starting moving more...

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Ezekiel english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: Baked tilapia, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. broccoli florets - 300 calories.
Snack: apple - 100 calories.
Dinner:

Danielle's workout:
PM Cardio: 30 min. Stairclimber. (Had to run out for an appt.)
PM Cardio #2: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer. (so soaked)
