Breakfast: Ezekiel english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: Baked tilapia, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. broccoli florets - 300 calories.
Snack: apple - 100 calories.

PM Cardio: 30 min. Stairclimber. (Had to run out for an appt.)
PM Cardio #2: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer. (so soaked)
