Thursdays are for DIEHARDS. Resist the temptation to binge on booze, fried food and JUNK. Keep your healthy routine by exercising and eating healthy today. If you are going to have a cheat meal and a day of rest, wait until the weekend. I bet you will see results. Too many people give in to the temptations by Thursday. Be strong, be healthier - get RESULTS. We only have one body, we should be taking care of it CONSISTENTLY......just saying.

Lunch: Baked chicken breast, 1/2 med. baked sweet potato, 1c. steamed green beans - 350 calories.
Snack: Apple - 100 calories.
Dinner:Baked chicken breast, 1/2 med. baked sweet potato, 1c. steamed green beans - 350 calories.
Snack: Yoplait light yogurt - 100 calories.
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber, 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
