Breakfast: ezekiel english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 400 calories.
Snack: Myoplex Light shake - 170 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. broccoli & steamed red peppers - 300 calories.
Snack: big lovely red apple - 100 calories.
Dinner: baked Tilapia, 1/2c. brown rice, 7 asparagus - 350 calories.
AM Strength: 60 min. Functional Training Circuit w/ my girls.
PM Cardio: 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer, 30 min. Stairclimber.
