Thursdays are for DIEHARDS. When I used to work in large clubs Thursdays were the days that the gym was empty. Most people, based own my personal observation, workout Monday thru Wednesday. Just a reminder that consistency is the key. If you are walking around with 20 - 100lbs of excess body fat, daily exercise is probably a good idea. Are you keeping track of your calorie intake? Most people have absolutely no idea how many calories they are consuming daily.
Are you even trying to eat better? FAST FOOD KILLS PEOPLE! Fast food (junk food) should be a once a week (1 meal) habit. NOT everyday. I'm just saying....

Breakfast: Fiber One whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1/2 sweet potato, 1c. steamed broccoli and red peppers - 300 calories.
Snack: apple - 100 calories.
Dinner: baked tilapia, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. steamed green beans & red peppers - 300 calories.
AM Strength: 60 min. Functional Training Circuit. Muscles have been adequately stimulated.
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber. I feel lean.
