TRY on Tuesday! It is never too late to TRY. It doesn't have to be January 1 or on a Monday. You just have to make a decision to TRY. If you don't make changes with your diet and lack of exercise, you will soon be facing a health related issue. Our bodies were designed to be fueled with healthy foods and to be maintained with cardiovascular and strength activities. It's simple: If you don't condition your heart, it won't run efficiently. If you don't eat the proper nutrients you will deteriorate your organs. How long do you want to live? Make the decision to try today!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Fiber One whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. green beans - 300 calories.
Snack: apple - 100 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1c. broccoli, 1/2 med. sweet potato - 300 calories.
PM Cardio: 35 min. Stairclimber, 40 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
PM Strength: 60 min. Functional Training Circuit. I feel fabulous!
