Happy Fitness FRIDAY! Are you still taking care of yourself? Already to throw in the towel? Please keep in mind that "Consistency is the key" to successful weight-loss. Try getting thru a few weekends eating clean and eliminating alcohol. I bet your results will inspire you to keep going. That's the difference between the people who lose and the people who quit! It's so sad. Most people give up on themselves before they get one week under their belt. Nobody can do this for you. You have to eat clean & healthy, You have to do daily cardio to create a deficit and you have to complete your strength training workouts. TRY....

Breakfast: Fiberone 100% whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1/2 med baked sweet potato, 1c. steamed green beans - 300 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1c. green beans, 1/2c. brown rice - 400 calories.
Snack: Yoplait Light Yogurt - 100 calories.
PM Cardio: 60 min. Stairclimber.
