Day THREE! So, how are you doing? Are you staying on track? Did you set yourself up for success by planning the week ahead? Grocery list, meal preparation and workouts? Did you already fall off? If so, it's never too late to jump back on the long-life mobile. I know how hard it is to fight off the evil "sabotaging temptations." Mine is buffalo wings and beer. When you want something bad enough, sacrificing your favorite cheat foods is well worth it. Three days of eating clean and exercising for 90 minutes each day has left me feeling so fine. No bloat or water retention. I feel clean, mean and motivated. YOU should try again tomorrow. Are bodies were designed to be fed nutritiously. The saying, "You are what you eat" is so true. Be a broccoli spear....

Breakfast: Ezekiel english muffin w/ 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 coffee - 300 calories.
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, 1c. broccoli - 300 calories.
Dinner: baked salmon, 1/2 sweet potato, 1c. green beans w/ sliced almonds - 300 calories.
Snack: unknown for now.
